The training is intended for those who want to achieve the VDA 6.3 certified process auditor qualification. The aim of the training is to understand and manage the performance of process audits as a method designed for independent analysis, evaluation and improvement of processes in connection with the filling and production of the product.
The training includes case studies focused on:
assignment of audit findings to catalogue issues and their evaluation
process evaluation and evaluation change mechanism
Requirements for education and practice:
Knowledge of tools and methods of quality management (e.g: VDA-RGA, DoE, FMEA, FTA, PPF, SPC, SWOT, method 8D) - completion of Core Tools training
Knowledge of relevant specific customer requirements
Knowledge of relevant requirements of management system
Product and process specific knowledge
The training is intended for employees whose task is to ensure and perform internal (within their own organization) or external (in the supply chain) process audits. It is also suitable for external auditors appointed as third party audit providers.
